For Merchants
Sign Up
Create your free account on the LoyalStash website or merchant app. Enter your business name, category, address, and operating hours.
Create Your Loyalty Card
Design your card with your shop name, logo, and background image. Choose your reward rule — either “Buy X, Get Y Free” or a spend-based stamp program.
Display Your QR Code
Once your card is live, a unique QR code is generated for your shop. Print it and place it at your counter, on your menu, or in your window. Customers scan this code to add your loyalty card to their app.
Scan Customers to Issue Stamps
When a customer makes a purchase, they show you their QR code in the LoyalStash app. Open the merchant app, scan their code, and their stamp is recorded instantly. When they've collected enough stamps, you can issue the reward right from the app.
Track Your Results
Monitor your loyalty program with real-time analytics — active customers, stamps collected, rewards redeemed, and scan history. Available on both the web dashboard and mobile app.

Scan a Merchant's QR Code
When you visit a participating shop, scan their QR code to add their loyalty card to your collection. You can also browse nearby shops in the app to discover new programs.
Show Your QR Code to Collect Stamps
When you make a purchase, open your QR code in the app and show it to the merchant. They scan it with their merchant app to record your stamp. It takes just a second.
Track Your Progress
See all your loyalty cards in one place. Each card shows how many stamps you've collected and how many you need for your next reward.
Redeem Your Rewards
When you've collected enough stamps, the merchant can issue your reward directly through the app. Whether it's a free coffee, a discount, or a special offer — it's all tracked digitally.
